Diagnose (one to two weeks)

We come in, sit with you and your team, and define the problem precisely. We look at the data you have, the systems it lives in, and the decisions you're trying to make. We leave with a clear written brief — what we'll build, what it will produce, what success looks like.

Build (four to eight weeks)

A small senior team builds the solution. We work in your stack where possible, alongside your engineering and data teams, and ship something that runs on your infrastructure. No vendor lock-in. No black box.

Hand over (one to two weeks)

We document everything, train your team, and transition ownership. You leave with a system that runs without us, a team that understands how it works, and a referenceable outcome for the next conversation inside your organisation.

Move on

No retainers. No long-term embeds. If a second problem emerges, we'll come back. But the goal is to leave you stronger than we found you, and to do it in months — not years.
